By downloading or using Language Board, you agree to these terms of use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Description of Service

Language Board is a children’s language learning app that provides an interactive board with tappable objects that speak words in multiple languages. The app offers both free and premium content.

Free Content

Certain word categories are available for free with no subscription required. Free content may change over time.

In-App Purchases

• Language Board offers in-app purchases that unlock all word categories and content. These may include auto-renewable subscriptions or one-time (non-consumable) purchases.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• For subscriptions: the subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscription in your device’s account settings (App Store or Google Play).
• Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you make a purchase.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in the app before purchase and may vary by region. Prices are subject to change, but any price changes will not affect active purchases or subscription periods.

Refunds

Refund requests are handled by Apple or Google according to their respective refund policies. We do not process payments or refunds directly.

Restoring Purchases

If you reinstall the app or switch devices, you can restore your purchases using the “Restore Purchases” option in the app.

Intellectual Property

All content in Language Board, including images, audio, text, and design, is owned by us or our licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any content in the app.

Use by Children

Language Board is intended for use by children under parental supervision. Parents or guardians are responsible for any purchases made through the app.

Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free or uninterrupted. Language Board is an educational tool and does not replace professional language instruction.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
